HRD Manager (Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:
* The candidate must have a track record as HRD manager or other related position with the same function, preferable in IT or software company. He/ she is responsible for establishing good recruitment processes, organizing and developing comprehensive training program, maintaining and enhancing company rules and regulations , developing personnel score-cards, and other HR functionality.

Requirements:
* Minimum S1 in Management / Law / Business admin or other related field.
* Male/Female, age between 30 - 40 years old
* Leadership, Organizational Development, Personnel Administration.
* HR Competencies, Manpower Budgeting Planning, Industrial Relations.
* Excellent Presentation and Communication Skill
