We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s leading Pharmaceutical companies.

Medical Marketing Manager (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Work with brand teams and Futures to develop expert marketing strategies that integrate with 3/1 plans
Manage the implementation of expert marketing plans to optimise their effectiveness
Commission appropriate pre and post analysis research to evaluate advertising and promotional impact and media performance
Collect and analyse appropriate data to identify market/environmental trends to guide Expert Marketing advertising and promotional activities
Initiate and run required advisory boards in conjunction with Medical, Regulatory and Public Affairs as required
Determine and implement strategy for representation at relevant scientific congresses and symposia
Manage science based PR to ensure new studies and claims are effectively communicated to relevant experts and consumers
Evaluate competitor Expert Marketing advertising and promotional materials and manage the challenge process as required
Partner with Med/Reg to manage relationships with KOL’s, Medical Associations and Regulatory bodies (e.g. DCA, MAB) to help modify regulatory environment e.g. PSO advertise ability

Requirements:
Having 7 years previous and recent experience in Commercial and/or Mktg Dept. in Multinational Pharmaceutical company
Having 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry as Product Manager
Posses Medical Doctor Degree
Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
Organized and determined persistent person.
Perfectionist and detail oriented. Searching for excellence. Achiever.
Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
Proactive and Team player.
Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
Resource mobilizator.
Analytical spirit, capacity to ease process and analyze figures. From complex to simple attitude.

Able to communicate at different organization levels
Good English and Computer Literacy
