Territory Manager – West Java
(Jawa Barat - West Java)
Responsibilities:
  • Key responsibilities
  • Attainment of revenue targets through sales of new products, renewal of licensing agreements and focus on driving higher EA and annuity revenue mix
  • Ensure development and execution of plans to improve customer and partner experience (CPE) in assigned territory
  • Drive the deployment and adoption of desktop technologies (Office, Windows and other IW products) and demonstrate to customers the business value from their investments in our client’s products
  • Be responsive to all competitive threats from NCS (Non-Commercial Software) movement, in particular Linux and StarOffice and ensure proactive plan to combat this threat in all accounts
  • Embrace operational excellence through development of strategic territory and account plans, effectively manage and track sales pipeline as per MSS and TAS planning methodologies, and utilize appropriate business tools and systems to support the account management and sales function
  • Requirements:
  • Track record of sales or business development in leveraged model.
  • Demonstrates SB/Reseller familiarity
  • Demonstrates product knowledge
  • Adapt to organizational agility
  • Well knowledge in software related products.
  • Well understood in given territory (West Java) especially on tapping better market and executing it with impact full sales strategies
  • Persuasive in selling and well understood in handling objections
  • Possesses effective leadership skills especially on motivating and leading the team
  • Have exposure in dealing with West Java regulator and media
