Head of Resources Development Division
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• To formulate the Resources Development (RD) policies of PMI into the programs and activities of, but not limited to:

• Strategic alliances programs

• Income generating programs, and
  

• Fund raising programs.

• To review and to improve existing RD strategy and guidelines.

• To prepare annual working plan of RD programs, to implement, to monitor and to evaluate such programs according to the target and objective of the plan.

• To be the facilitator and resources person for any relevant RD training and workshop.

• To regularly report the implementation of the programs and activities to the PMI National Board.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree or higher in Business or Communication studies

• Female/Male, age between 30-35 years old.

• Has working experiences min 3-5 years in relevant position

• English proficient.

• Has a creative and strategic thought.

• Has a wide range network particularly with corporations and government.

• Has managerial skill and good leadership.

• Trustworthy, responsible and discipline.

• Be able to travel outside Jakarta.

• Computer literate (minimum with MS Office) and Internet.

• Has a good writing skill (project proposal, narrative report, etc).
