Branch Manager (Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

We are a Leading Service Company in the Mining, Oil & Gas and other related Industries. To support our operations in INDONESIA, we are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions :

Responsibilities:
* Manage day to day branch operational
* Coordinate all department to achieve branch target
* Responsible for annual sales target
* Manage good relationship with customer
* Develop branch market
* Responsible for branch staff development
* Responsible to monitor branch cost & expenses
* Responsible for branch inventory

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): managerial skill, interpersonal skill, leadership skill.
* Preferred skill(s): hydraulic & pneumatic, SAP.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
