Medical Marketing Manager(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Work with brand teams and Futures to develop expert marketing strategies that integrate with 3/1 plans
• Manage the implementation of expert marketing plans to optimise their effectiveness
• Commission appropriate pre and post analysis research to evaluate advertising and promotional impact and media performance
• Collect and analyse appropriate data to identify market/environmental trends to guide Expert Marketing advertising and promotional activities
• Initiate and run required advisory boards in conjunction with Medical, Regulatory and Public Affairs as required
• Determine and implement strategy for representation at relevant scientific congresses and symposia
• Manage science based PR to ensure new studies and claims are effectively communicated to relevant experts and consumers
• Evaluate competitor Expert Marketing advertising and promotional materials and manage the challenge process as required
• Partner with Med/Reg to manage relationships with KOL’s, Medical Associations and Regulatory bodies (e.g. DCA, MAB) to help modify regulatory environment e.g. PSO advertise ability

Requirements:

• Having 7 years previous and recent experience in Commercial and/or Mktg Dept. in Multinational Pharmaceutical company
• Having 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry as Product Manager
• Posses Medical Doctor Degree
• Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
• Organized and determined persistent person.
• Perfectionist and detail oriented. Searching for excellence. Achiever.
• Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
• Proactive and Team player.
• Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.
