Operations Manager (OM)(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Managing and ensuring smooth store operations.
• Maintaining good and professional relationship with customers, mall management, and other third parties.
• Coordinating with brand managers in merchandising related area, including merchandise movement and inventory level in the stores.
• Coordinating with marketing communications and visual merchandising department related to in-store marketing activities, visual merchandising and fixture requirements, signage and other promotional tools in the stores.
• Coordinating with back end departments in financial, human resources, warehouse, and information system area such as financial reporting requirements, recruitment and employee issues, POS, merchandise delivery, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
• Having minimum 5 years experience, preferably minimum 2 years in related field and position.
• Having superior interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when needed.
