Sales & Marketing Manager (SMM)(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Managers will be responsible for generating substantial new businesses, maintaining growth of current businesses, leading a Sales & Marketing Team as well as providing recommendations and reports on a regular basis to both our Multinational Principals and Directors.
• Sales & Marketing Managers will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship and image with third parties, such as Shareholders, Business Partners, and others.

Requirements:

• Required for Position : 2x Sales & Marketing Managers
• Great Drive / Motivation to succeed
• Initiator (Self-Initiative to Act), not waiting for instructions in the role
• Ability to Work based on High Targets and to meet challenging goals
• Good Communication Skills in Indonesian and English
• Good Analytical and Reporting Skills in Indonesian and English
• Must Have Previous Experience in Sales & Marketing in "Flavour & Food Ingredients" Industry
• Good Personality
• Willing to Travel as required by the job to other areas of Indonesia – e.g : East Java, Central Java, West Java.
• Able to Work within a TeamWork Environment and to take Leadership of the Team when needed.
• Age Maximum : 35 Years Old
