Our client, as one of the worlds leading in Animal Health sector worldwide, is currently seeking a Technical & Marketing Manager to join their team.

Based in Jakarta and reporting to the Country Manager, the successful candidate must have an accurate knowledge of poultry business with the requirements below:

Technical and Marketing Manager (Jakarta Raya)


Responsibilities:

• Prepare the marketing activities and Commercial actions for company’s products
• Prepare an annual Distributor Plan, promotional materials, and marketing activites
• Follow up the registration of new products and renewal status of existing products with internal team and the authority.
• Provide professional technical and marketing support for sales force
• Organize and conduct product and technical training to the sales forces
• Maintain direct commercial relationships with Key Accounts
• Implement Account Development Strategy (ADS) with clear account knowledge, their respective needs and introduce the potential candidates
• Clear and prompt communication internally and externally
• Provide accurate and precise monthly reports on the time to Country Manager and Area Manager
• Convey clear and unified products and marketing messages to the end users and market

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Hold Bachelor Degree in Veterinarian
• Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
• Able to communicate actively in English language
• Good communication skills, easy to adapt with new environment and resist to the very high pressure and challenge.
