Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting VP Sales on sales management daily activity; the role will be accountable for the ongoing development of the Agents and Leaders in the region whilst ensuring that the policies of the company are implemented and managed in a timely and thorough fashion.
• You will have specific recruiting, production and persistency targets that will correlate directly to remuneration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the developing business / branches area with great knowledge about agency system in Life Insurance Company would be a pre-requisite.
• By being aware of the agency needs, you are expected to have ability to think creatively, analyze issues and develop solutions for agency project activities.
• The job holder also expected to have a demonstrated sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales targets which is compelling advantage for this role.
