Axentel Technologies is a leading Company in the sales & distribution of new and refurbished IT / Telecom infrastructure equipment in Asia. The Company is also an international asset management firm specializing in remarketing and recycling solutions in the telecom sector. The Company has offices in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand and USA.

Due to our rapid growth, we are building a local team in Indonesia.

Sales Manager / Executive (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • Market refurbished network or telecom hardware solutions to telecom operators and enterprises domestically and internationally
  • Responsible for developing & executing direct sales & marketing strategies, initiatives and marketing research
  • Evaluates results of marketing programs and implements improvements based on analysis
  • Develops branch marketing and promotional initiatives to boost sales
  • Takes charge in developing the team and monitoring regularly their sales performance
  • Ensures achievement of individual and overall team sales targets
  • Develop sales plan and achieve sales target
  • Conduct new product training

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of IT & Telecom hardware sales/marketing background. Existing relationship with local telecom operators or enterprises a big plus.
  • Must have some sales experience and product knowledge in Cisco, Ericsson, Siemens or other telecom products.
  • A big advantage if have background with System integrators, manufacturers or refurbished hardware resellers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills and presentation skills in English
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously Good time management skills and creative problem solving abilities
  • Has exemplary leadership and the ability to manage varying skills of employees, with excellent knowledge of manpower planning and scheduling
  • With exceptional abilities to motivate individuals to exceed sales targets
  • Must be an aggressive sales professional and team player
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Working Hours: Mon Fri, 9.00 am to 6.00pm

Location: Indonesia
