Fleet Personnel Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

• Handling manpower planning, recruitment & selection, job rotation, manning, performance appraisal, promotion, compensation & benefit, payroll, career path, training need analysis, talent management, industrial relation, company's gathering, social service.
• Reviewing, administering and enforcing the ISO/ISM procedures and requirements for HR processes.
• Building and maintaining good relationship with university, academy, institution, government for achieving the company's goal.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, Mechanical Engineering, Marine or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Interpersonal, Interviewing, Counselling, Assesment
• Preferred skill(s): Computer Literacy, Presentation, Training & Coaching
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferred language(s): Chinese, Japanese
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Understanding Indonesia Labor and Marine Law.
• Preferably has sailing experience, handling crews and related matters on board ships.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Occasional traveling required.
