General Manager
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Requirements:
* Male / Female.
* Min 35 years and Max 45 years.
* Degree from a reputable university, preferred majoring in technical or marketing management.
* Experience in managing a manufacturing factory (preferable from plastic industry).
* Competent in Factory & Management Operational.
* Competent in planning and implementing the operational and marketing strategic to increase efficiency and productivity, and sales.
* Have a wide network and good communication skill in English.
* Good analytical skill and target oriented.
* Having strong leadership capabilities including people management.
* Will be located in Surabaya.
