Corporate Training Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Develop concept, system and policy in the area of Training.
• Conduct all projects development in Training area.
• Set up strategic focus and scorecard in the area of Training and pin down strategic term into tactical.
• Develop training catalogue and syllabus, and individual training plan for each Division/ Department.
• Allocate, evaluate, and do training and travelling budget for each Division/ Department.
• Ensure the whole training activities has been done properly.
• Do PDCA cycle to ensure achievement of Training goals as printed in ISO 9001:2000 document.Ensure maintenance of our Training Data base and Transactional Report of In House Training, Individual Domestic Training, Overseas Training and Insurance Exam.
• Produce quarterly projects and training activities progress report to Home Office.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in any disciplines
• Min. 3 years experience as a Training Manager in multinational company, life insurance or financial services industry
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both at a written and spoken level
• Be able to demonstrate solid personal leadership and management skills (core qualification for Manager level)
• Be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in order to meet the challenges and demands of the role
• Have sounds of knowledge of Human Resource Development and Training Concepts
• Be able to demonstrate developing standardize training material
• Good Facilitation & Presentation skills
• High level or organizing and administrative skills
