Human Resources Recruitment Manager (HRM) (Jakarta Raya)

Bank DBS Indonesia is part of DBS Group, one of the largest financial services groups in Asia with dominant positions in consumer banking, treasury and markets, asset management, securities brokerage, equity and debt fund raising. With expansion of the Bank, we are looking for high caliber individuals to fill in the following post throughout Indonesia (Jakarta, Tangerang, Medan, Samarinda, Pontianak, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Makassar, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Bali, Bogor):

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment
• Being a partner to the business unit on HR issues

Requirements:

• Possess 5–6 years experience in the area, preferably in foreign/joint venture Bank
• Has wide network in banking industry
• Understand all HR scope especially recruitment and employee relations
• Hold Bachelor degree from reputable University
• Has good interpersonal and communication ability
• Converse well in English and computer literate
