We are seeking the bright person who need more challenge in life as Human Resources Manager. The incumbent will report directly to Country HR Manager.

Human Resources Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• General Areas of Responsibilities
  • Design and develop compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market C&B research and trend analysis, and maintain internal balance by providing guidelines and counseling to senior management to ensure competitive C&B package to attract, motivate and retain qualified people.
  • Regularly review and update C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all transactional C&B matters are managed in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Develop employee communication channels and plans to help improve employee Satisfaction.
  • Act as training consultant for organization regarding policies, budgets and training requirements.
• Specific Areas of Responsibilities
  • Design and develop compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct annual salary survey and provide recommendation for follow-up actions per survey findings.
  • Responsible for maintaining internal job grading system by using Mercer’s IPE methodology.
  • Provide guideline and tools for annual salary review and performance bonus.
  • Provide counseling with related to promotions, transfers and off-cycle pay adjustments.
  • Responsible for staff cost budgeting and HR reporting in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll and benefits administration in conjunction with outsourcing service providers; manage service providers and internal process to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency within defined timeframe.
  • Responsible for C&B Information System maintenance.
  • Responsible for administration work related to Expatriates Management.
  • Coach and advice line managers on handling people issues esp. in terms of poor performance and breaches of discipline to manage potential legal risk.
  • Partner with legal counsel to ensure potential legal risks are well managed; responsible for legal cases consultation and handling.
  • Share knowledge and know how within HR team; coach and develop C&B staff; set objectives and KPIs to monitor team’s performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Maintain networking with internal and external C&B professionals for best practice sharing and benchmarking.
  • Maintain good relationships with labor bureau and related authorities.
  • Responsible for employee relationship, staff counseling as well as staff committee activities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate manager.
  • Assist Training Executive on creating TNA and deliver trainings as required by organizations.

Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Having 4+ years HR experience in MNCs, and at least 2+ years experience as C&B specialist required.
• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• Analytical skills
• Experience with SAP HR system is preferable.
• Profound knowledge of Labour Law and related regulations.
• Proven execution ability in an environment requiring accuracy and consistent achievement of deadlines.
• Knowledge of Mercer Job Grading calculations is a plus
